Walking groups strengthen their collaboration

“Prowalk organizations: Sharing experiences and exploring networks”

This workshop was held to identify and improve tools and opportunities for walking advocacy groups to collaborate more effectively between each other and at an international level. You can read the workshop report here.

The workshop was hosted by a consortium of groups committed to pedestrian advocacy: America Walks, Cidade Ativa and Corrida Amiga, the International Federation of Pedestrians, the UN Environment Share the Road Programme and Walk21.

Participants from 30 organisations from around the globe met at Walk21 Bogotá to strengthen their networks and find ways to work together more effectively on behalf of people walking.
