Mayor of Nelson City signs Charter

Mayor Marshall of Nelson City Council in New Zealand has signed the International Charter for Walking on behalf of the City Council.  By making this commitment to the 8 principles contained within the Charter, residents of Nelson City can look forwards to improvements in both the walkability and liveability of their town.
