The Mayor of London, Ken Livingstone, signs the International Charter for Walking, supported by Jenny Jones from the Green Party with Alexandra Rook of Walk London.

As part of a press conference on 11 February 2008 to announce an ambitious programme of investment for walking and cycling, the Mayor of London, Ken Livingstone signed the International Charter for Walking, demonstrating his government's commitment to creating a world class walking city.
